All our standard items ship via UPS ground, Fedex ground or the USPS to the lower 48 states. Some items may be shipping directly from the factory. For international shipping, we will contact you to set up the best freight possible. Ground shipping is the only option at this time.
RETURNS
If you find that a product is defective or dammaged when you receive it, you have 10 days from the the date of receipt to return it. You will need a RMA from us BEFORE you can return the product. Please email us at support@biodieselplace.com for us to issue you an RMA. Please include the items purchased, the date you purchased them, your name and address. We will issue you an RMA number. Please write that number on the product box you are returning. If it is found that the product is defective, we will issue you a refund for return shipping and will ship you a replacement item at no cost. We can not refund or replace items that have been abused, misused, dammaged during installation or used in an application not suitable for the product.
