The Liberty Biodiesel Processor is a compact processor that converts vegetable oil into biodiesel. Biodiesel can be run in any diesel engine usually with few, if any, modifications. This Unit is built with all quality parts including black iron piping, braided urebrade “view” tubing, brass valves, and Den-Hartog MDPE tanks. The Liberty Processor is capable of producing 40 gallons of biodiesel from 40 gallons of vegetable oil with the addition of 8 gallons of methanol and approximately 2 pounds of a catalyst. This unit uses a 15 amp 120 Volts power supply and comes complete with an inline heater, TEFC 770 GPH Processor Pump, Titan Hand pump, and custom made stand. We also include an Instruction Manual (over 50 pages) and a complete titration kit with everything needed to test your oil prior to conversion. Once familiar with the process, your hands on time should be less than 2 hours for each batch. This processor is a processor, heater, washer, dryer, and fueler all in one easy to use color coded package. The (included) deluxe titration kit includes a digital scale, beakers, pipette and pump, funnels, stirs, syringes, 200g of KOH and 355ml of methanol and alcohol (for test batches) gloves, apron, goggles, respirator, and PH indicator. Unit Dimensions are 24"D x 54"L x 62"H and the unit is delivered on a standard 40" x 48" pallet.
