Fellow biodiesel brewers! Temperature control is all digital for accuracy. The pumps we use are of the "mag-drive" type and have no seals that can leak. Tanks, valves, fittings and plumbing are stainless steel for corrosion and chemical resistance that will last a long time.

Process:

· Single stage base-catalyzed transesterification.
· 40 gal of oil per batch.
· 9.0 gal of Methanol per batch.
· Approximately 4 lbs of KOH (potassium hydroxide) flakes or NaOH (sodium hydroxide) beads per batch.
· Uses approximately 35-40 gal of wash water per batch.
· 4 mist wash cycles.
· Fan-assisted spray drying.
· Closed circuit methoxide mixing by agitation.
· Automatic wash water draining (optional).
· 30-36 hours from start to finish.

Requires:
