Fellow biodiesel brewers! If you've had it with cheap plastic tank based processors that break down and require a lot of your time and attention to make biodiesel (not to mention unsafe conditions!), you've come to the right place. This is a quality processor, professionaly engineered and tested. It is engineered with SAFETY and RELIABILITY in mind. It is built using nothing but quality materials that compatible with making biodiesel. It has an PLC and Touchscreen for consistent and accurate control of the machine. Temperature control is all digital for accuracy. The pumps we use are of the "mag-drive" type and have no seals that can leak. Tanks, valves, fittings and plumbing are stainless steel for corrosion and chemical resistance that will last a long time.
The designer of BioMax150 (and owner of Biodieselplace.com) is a Mechanical Engineer with many years of process engineering and industrial machine design experience. This machine is built to last and is backed up by a 12 month limited warranty and unlimited phone support.
